Frankie will tell you what happens when you try to be your own General Contractor without having a safety net.  She ended up having to fire the General Contractor she hired, because he took her money and then didn't do anything.  

The local Lumber Company gave Frankie my name and we got her in her house within the budget she needed. Her review of me is on my facebook page.
