Custom Home Built in Montrose Colorado for

Building in Montrose Colorado for one of the easiest customers and hardest houses to build.  We had to have cassions under the entire foundation and I had to make over 100 phone calls looking for someone to drill the holes.  The customer and myself worked relentlessly to find a company that would do what we needed.  After weeks of calling we finally found a company to do the job and we were started.

The grade on this job had 7' of fall and we needed alot of dirt to make our project a reality. We got a bunch of dirt from the new, at that time, Federal Express building.  Since we had done the erection of the building, I asked if we could get some of the dirt left over.  You can see how tall the house is in the air.  That dirt made them a yard.  If I hadn't met the GC on the job they would have paid a  mint to get all the dirt we needed.
